: Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Senior Consultant: The Consultant will be responsible for the software deployment, customization, validation and lifecycle management of simulator software across four marine academies. The role involves ensuring compliance with international maritime training standards (STCW, IMO, DNV, IACS) and coordinating with software and engineering teams to deliver a fully integrated simulator environment, The Consultant will be responsible for the hardware design, planning, installation, commissioning and lifecycle management of simulator hardware systems across four marine academies. The role requires coordination with software teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure compliance with IMO, STCW, DNV, IACS and international quality standards and The Simulator Operator will be responsible for running, monitoring, and supporting day-to-day simulator training sessions at the marine academies. The role ensures the smooth operation of simulator hardware and software, assists instructors during training delivery, and provides first-level troubleshooting to maintain system availability in compliance with IMO and STCW training standards (Lots-3).
